The Heart of the Kingdom
Designed for Scale, Discretion & Craft
Riyadh is a city of extraordinary ambition and private grandeur. Having delivered the Ritz Carlton Riyadh and commissions for GCC royal families, we design here with a deep understanding of Saudi hospitality, privacy, and the majlis tradition — at a scale few firms can execute.
From the Diplomatic Quarter to Al Nakheel and the projects rising across the Kingdom, our residences integrate the ÖND longevity framework — purified air and water, circadian architecture, and material purity — beneath interiors of commanding refinement.
