Kenneth Bordewick's career spans more than two decades at the absolute pinnacle of international design — residences, palaces, and landmark hotels across Beverly Hills, Manhattan, London, Paris, Venice, Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, and the great cities of Asia. His clientele reads as a roll call of the world's most extraordinary individuals: royalty, heads of state, celebrities, and private collectors of exceptional discernment.
Known as “The Billion Dollar Designer,” Kenneth built Beverly Hills Luxury Interiors into one of the few firms in the world capable of delivering a seamless, turnkey vision across interiors, architecture, and landscape — simultaneously, at the highest standard of execution, in any market on earth.
His formal education at the Paris School of Interior Design, combined with degrees in Gemology and Diamondology from the Gemological Institute of America, instilled an understanding of material rarity, optical beauty, and intrinsic value that permeates every project. It is an eye trained to see what others miss — and to know the difference between that which merely appears precious and that which truly is.
Over twenty years working alongside White House physicians deepened a conviction that became the foundation of his most important work: that the environment does not merely reflect a life — it actively shapes it, for better or worse, in ways that are measurable, profound, and largely invisible to the untrained eye.

When Luxury Became Something More
ÖND — meaning “Life's Breath” in the Old Norse — was not conceived as a product or a brand. It emerged from a realisation that accumulated over two and a half decades of working at the highest levels of design and medicine.
Kenneth saw, again and again, that even the most breathtaking environments were built without any reference to human physiology. Synthetic materials shed microplastics continuously into the bodies of those they were meant to serve. Lighting systems disrupted circadian rhythms with quiet, relentless precision. Water systems delivered chemical contamination as a courtesy.
ÖND is Kenneth's answer to that gap. In collaboration with physician partners Dr. Thom E. Lobe MD and Dr. Fouad I. Ghaly MD, he developed a comprehensive methodology for designing living environments that do not merely shelter their inhabitants — but actively extend and enrich their lives. This is the work Kenneth was always moving towards.
