Luxury Interior Designer Jeddah
The Red Sea gateway to the Kingdom — coastal palaces and residences where Hejazi heritage meets the science of longevity.

The Red Sea Gateway
Designed for Hejazi Heritage, Reimagined
Jeddah's character is distinct within the Kingdom — mercantile, cosmopolitan, and shaped by the sea. Our commissions here, along the Corniche and in the villas of Al Hamra and Al Shati, honour Hejazi tradition while embedding the ÖND wellness framework.
For Jeddah's most established families, we deliver turnkey residences of quiet magnificence — natural material, sea light, purified air — at the standard set by our royal and hospitality commissions across the Gulf.
