Luxury Interior Designer Malibu
On the Malibu shoreline, homes that breathe with the ocean — grounding systems, whole-home water purification, and salt-air-resilient natural materials.

Where the Home Meets the Ocean
Designed for Longevity on the Shoreline
Malibu is coastal California at its most rarefied — the bluffs of Point Dume, the sands of Broad Beach, the exclusivity of Carbon Beach. Here we design residences that breathe with the Pacific, pairing whole-home water purification, circadian light, and salt-air-resilient natural materials tuned for longevity.
For the families along the shoreline, the ÖND framework embeds grounding, clinical-grade air, and microplastic-free materials into homes of quiet coastal grandeur — sanctuaries engineered to restore, with the ocean as their constant.
