Luxury Interior Designer Bel Air
Behind the gates of Bel Air, wellness is the ultimate privilege — estates of quiet grandeur where circadian light and purified air are woven into every room.

Behind the Gates
Designed for Wellness as the Final Privilege
Bel Air is Los Angeles at its most private — the winding drives of Stone Canyon, the heights of Bel Air Crest, the seclusion of the East Gate. Here we compose longevity-forward residences where clinical-grade air, whole-home water filtration, and tunable circadian light disappear into estates of understated magnificence.
For the families who call Bel Air home, discretion and health are inseparable luxuries. The ÖND framework embeds microplastic-free materials, grounding, and acoustic serenity into interiors of quiet authority — homes designed to restore across generations.
