Luxury Interior Designer New Delhi
The seat of Indian power — bungalow estates and diplomatic residences where heritage architecture is paired with air and water engineered to a clinical standard.
Areas Served
The Seat of Indian Power
Designed for Heritage Made to Breathe
New Delhi's finest homes sit within Lutyens' bungalow zone and the enclaves of Golf Links and Sundar Nagar — architecture of authority in a city that contends with some of the world's most demanding air. Here, multi-stage purification is not a luxury but a necessity, embedded invisibly into interiors of dignified calm.
Our commissions for India's political and industrial elite pair heritage sensibility with the ÖND wellness framework — circadian light, whole-home water purity, and clinical-grade air — so that a Delhi residence safeguards the family within its walls of quiet grandeur.
